Yes, but you need to go through Security first, then turn left.

And bonus they are probably least busy of all the CS locations.

Yes,a nice,new GR space-part of the IG expansion for Disney Skyliner.

It used to be "outdoor windows"-now a very nice indoor location.

They are usually open before park opening I think. Probably 30 minutes to 1 hour before.
