Customer service ticket questions

Good day- I just got back from universal and lost one of my 5 day tickets due to the parks closure for the hurricane. After a lot of bad information and a run around I got someone from customer service on the phone and they were able to give me 8 single day tickets. (was not expecting that as we only missed one day and had 4 people). I am headed back in August with my extended family and am wondering if anyone knows how these comp tickets work? Would it be possible to use them for 8 different people for 1 day? Or do the original 4 need to use them for 2 days? I was told they do not expire but would I need to use the tickets within the same week or could I do 4 days one year and 4 days the next? any insight would be helpful.
 
I don't know this for certain, I'm just guessing here, but I would think that if they didn't assign ticket numbers to a name and tell you that this ticket number is for so and so, etc. then they can be used by anybody. You should read the fine print on the tickets but I would think if they are 8 single day tickets then they could be used at any time even a year apart. They wouldn't be linked to each other I wouldn't think.
 

I got the same recovery on my 4 day tickets that we lost one day of b/c of Thursday's park closure. I didn't ask if the names needed to match.....don't even know if names are matched on tickets? I did have to provide my full mailing address and phone number as part of the recovery. I have no idea when we will use them, but they said they would never expire.
