Does anyone feel like there is a lot of pressure to provide excellent ratings when you fill out the survey at the end of a Disney Criuse? Also, have you noticed that the survey is always collected before the final breakfast of your departure day? I'm wondering if the scores would be lower if that final mediocre breakfast and rushed experience was thrown in to the mix? don't get me wrong, we have been on 2 Disney cruises and loved them, but I wonder if that final day would improve if survey scores included that last day. While I understand the ship turnover process, we have never experienced bad food on departure day on other lines we have tried.

We have also noticed that DCL always talks about the adult only areas in their advertising. On our most recent trip on the Dream, we found kids all over the adult only areas. I don't know how they could keep them out if they wanted to, the rear stairwells dump into several adult only areas, and the stairs are open to anyone. Of course no kids are allowed in the night clubs and the Spa, but this could be said of almost any cruise line. I understand that it is a Disney ship, we should expect kids, but if Adult only areas are not truly adult, Disney should cool it a little on that aspect of advertising.

We have been on two other cruise lines (Holland America and Celebrity) and found that our serving staff were a notch above what we experienced on DCL, for half the price. The only thing that keeps us going back to DCL is the kids club.

I just realized I posted this in the wrong section of the DCL board, sorry. If a moderator could move it, I would appreciate it!
