Customer Service at CTTM

I just wanted to take a few minutes and give a BIG thumbs up to Bonnie at Click to The Magic! With some programs not crediting properly, not responding to e-mails and other issues I thought it would be nice to point out one that is doing things right, at least by me.

Everytime that I have e-mailed her with a question she has always been very quick to respond. In addition to being quick she is very personable, friendly and helpful. I've e-mailed other programs I do with questions and have either not ever received an answer, they've been very stern (almost to the point of being rude) or pretty much just sound like they don't care. I'm not going to name the programs but I think those of us who have had problems can pretty much figure it out.

So -- kudos to Bonnie for being so helpful! ! ! ! Some of the other programs could take lessons from her.

Just my 2 cents worth and my very honest opinion!

If I copied and pasted right then this should take you to another thread on this board that you can get it from. It was really easy to set up. The hardest thing for me was deciding on a color to use!
