Customer Appreciation (10% discount)

Hi! I went to our local Dollar Tree store today. At checkout the applied a 10% discount as it is customer appreciation day! There are great stocking stuffers and small gifts there. I found Rubbermaid brand veggie peelers and spatulas, hardback Animorph books, all kinds of Disney items for girls (including night-lights), name brand food, Maybelline eyeshadow, and Loreal volumizing mousse! You can't beat .90 cents per item! You may want to check it out!

I just got back from DT and they didn't offer me the 10% discount I was buying gift bags and tissue paper... you can't beat their deals on gift wrap!

I do get tissue and bags there, but I find their gift wrap to be too thin. I have to use twice as much so nobody can see through the paper.

I went yesterday and found those magic towels. The had mickey, lightening mcqueen, tinkerbelle, and pirates of the carribean. They might have had other disney ones but the lady was almost finished ringing me out. They also had some nice cars wire bound blank notepads with a hard cover.

Maybe it was Ohio stores? He made it sound as if it was a company policy/offer and I thought it was so cool. I am sorry!

I buy all of my giftbags, wrapping paper, tissue paper, and bows there... I match whatever my tree theme is to my paper, it is a cheaper way for us to wrap!

We always have three different designs of wrapping paper (we had four when Santa still visited)... one for my side of the family, one for my husband's side, and one for "home gifts".. doing this helps make sure all gifts go/stay where they should!

nope not here either. I could of sworn the day before I saw the slips out stating it was but after I walked out on sunday I noticed she didnt apply it to my order..

I think I would call and ask, ecspecially if they posted slips about it! I know it was not an automatic thing... the young man ask me to wait before sliding my debit card, as he had to hand key in the 10% discount. Perhaps the employee(s) forgot?
