Custom User Text: A question
I have a question----

The little line beneath our user name--
you know--this one

Custom User Text:
This is the title that appears beneath your name on your posts.
You may enter up to 25 characters.


How are people able to get more than 25 characters?? Not mods or anything, just regular (I suppose--) people like me?? I've seen some with up to 30 letters, not counting spaces! How can you get that in there?? I've tried and tried to get more, but, I am stuck at 25. What I really want is like 27 or 28, and it won't take it.

So, how do you do it????

The webmasters are the ones to determine the length allowed. At one point it used to be longer, but a few months ago they shortened the length allowed. I guess the change was not retroactive for the ones that already had long text.

I've had that 25 character limit since the day these boards went on-line.. And I know one person who just got the longer user title very recently (within three weeks). Seems there is a way around it...I just have to figure it out--lol!
