custom peanut free cake?

DD has a peanut allergy. I've already contacted Special Diets about our ADRs. DS7 will be celebrating his bday while there and I'd like to get him a custom cake. From what I read, it seems the only peanut free cakes cannot be customed and they also cover other allergies as well. Does anyone have any experience ordering a custom cake that is peanut free? If so, from where? Will the bakeries make them in a peanut free area? Is there any other dessert type options that a 8 yr old boy would like? I was thinking the choc covered strawberries but I'd want something Stitch to go with it... like a chocolate one or something and wow, they're expensive for the amount you get!

I have ordered an allergy safe cake. It was gluten, milk, and soy free (possibly nut free, but I don't remember). The cake did have eggs in it. The 6 inch dietary cakes are $29.50 and available in chocolate and vanilla.

The cake I ordered couldn't be custom designed, because of cross contamination (although I'm pretty sure I got cross-contaminated by it anyway--I had bad stomach aches and milk allergy reactions whenever I ate it).

I have been emailing Chef Brian about my son's peanut allergy. He stated that the ingred would be peanut/tree nut free. However, the area where the cakes are prepared have peanuts. We are going to have them bring him ice cream at Chef Mickeys. We know that is completely safe.
