Custom orders at CS restaurants?

Are their sandwiches generally premade?

We are going to Pinoochios and I want to order a turkey panini without the cheese-think they will make one if I ask?

I have asked for things to be excluded from regular sandwiches and never had a problem but not sure about the paninis

Usually never a problem- now whether they listen.... I tried to get figaro fries no tomatoes and they said no problem- get my food and there they were.
