Custom Menu's

I have a question about the buffet menu for custom weddings. We already have the menu's and we have looked them over but, we really did not see anything we liked on them (we are very picky eaters). Did any other Bride have this problem? If so how were you accomadated?

We just basically made up our own menu.....we did pick some things they already had on their menus and just adjusted them to what we liked. If you just tell them what you want they can do it...you can also ask for a menu tasting if you are to go there for it.

Yes! The menus they provided were terrible. We got around this by suggesting our own. We originally wanted to take our favorite foods from all Disney restaurants but it got too complicated. Then we decided to take a buffet we loved (Crystal Palace) and take a number of items from their menu, which you can get from All Ears. The food turned out fantastic. No complaints! BTW... it wasn't more expensive than one of their menus we were considering.
