Info was posted about a week ago but here's some info and pics I took today.
In the exit area of Space Mountain. 10 tablets. You start off by choosing want you want (magic band, iPhone 5/6/6+ case, Galaxy case), then you scroll through the design templates. iPhone case takes about 20 minutes for the machine to create it so I imagine that's about how long it takes for everything.
