Custom made menu

I would like to make my future husband a custom made menu.. I have read about this, I just don't know where or how. It will be our honeymoon so I thought it would be something cute and romantic to do. It is so hard to surprise him.. I think I can do this without him finding out.

Has anyone ever done this or does anyone know how to go about or who to contact.

They used to offer custom menus at Coral Reef, however they are no longer available (They discontinued the program in January 2009)

You can note your anniversary on your ADR for that night and they may print a simple "Congratulations Jen and Troy" on your menu.

They did this for me at Narcoossee's, which was a very nice surprise for us when we dined there on my birthday.


(Edited, I thought it was an anniversary - missed the honeymoon part. Sorry!)
