Custom Disney "I'm Celebrating" Buttons

Hiya guys! This is my first post on the DisBoards and I was wondering if any of you know how to make custom "I'm Celebrating" buttons? I used to have a file that was provided from a very talented Mr. Keith Lapinig (a Disney YouTuber) but sadly my computer got wiped and he has since taken down the video since people were taking his designs and making a profit for themselves I just really want to get a new file or a new way to make them myself but only for fun! So if any if you know how to make the designs like on Photoshop or anything please let me know! (I'm sorry if I put this in the wrong place admins!)

can you use one of the button templates available with an internet search? You would need to know the dimensions you are looking for of course....

or are you looking for complete instructions on making buttons?

if you grab a template and are thinking about DISigning the button yourself, I would think there might be some help in the How To sticky at the top of the forum... not no guarantees since I haven't looked
