Custom Costumes

Is there anyone on the board who creates made to order custom costumes for sale.. This would have to be something that they could create from a picture/s as I have had no luck finding a pattern.
Some information. We are taking our 11 year old son Alex who has Aspergers ( a form of Autism) to Disney this fall. We will be going to MNSSHP .. Alex's dearest wish in the world is to be able to see Sora from Kingdom Hearts.. but since t hat clearly isn't going to happen..He would gladly settle for dressing up as his favorite character in the world.. There are several incarnations of Sora's costume and I am willing to go for whichever would be the easiest for someone to create that both fit within the creators time requirements and my cost requirements.. I am not by any means looking for Cosplay style costumes that can be word for years and are more wardrobe than costume.. Just something to make his dreams come true.. since after all thats what Disney is about.. if you can help me or know someone who can.. Please.. let me know... Thanks in advance!

Ah..I didn't realize.. I have purchased items from the boards for my last Disney trip and didn't realize it was no longer allowed.. Will check the link.
