Custom Cakes from The Grand Floridian?

I have been trying to get in touch with The Grand Floridian to order some birthday cakes. We want to have them delivered to Garden Grille. I just haven’t had any luck, nobody responds. I’m not sure if they are just super busy or I don’t have the correct contacts. Anyone have any luck recently ordering custom cakes from the GF?

Yes. I already have. I’ve tried all the email addresses I’ve found on that thread. Wonder if calling Dining would be a better option.
