Custom Artwork at Off the Page and Knick's Knacks

I went to Disneyland about 5 years ago and I am in the process of planning another trip. One of the greatest discoveries was the custom art at Off the Page. It seems that Knick's Knacks has a similar custom art department. Is it the same book of characters at both stores? Are there characters you can only have done at Knick's Knacks? Thanks to anyone who can help.
