We went on our trip to Discovery cove in August 2001.
We of course bought the dolphin photos, (how could you not? )
We were in shock as we were unpacking, and noted that our dolphin photo was faded.. the blue sea turned to a brown sea.
But our free welcome photo was fine.
I emailed customer service and that very same day, responded. They stated to return the photo, and see what can be done.
I know that it is printed on photo paper, but it is practically unrecognizable... so please check on your interaction photos.
