Curves Workout?

I've been a Curves member for awhile and I do admit it gets rather boring. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can add a little interest to the routine? Maybe some new moves for the recovery board or different stretches? Curves offers a good basic workout for me at this stage of my fitness journey, but I know I'll have to find something new in the next year or so. Suggestions are appreciated!

I've never played at Curves. I wonder if you are able to do a mix up on the intensity you put into your working on the specific station you are for the time. Kind of like "speed drills" where you would work really intense at one part and then "normal." Is that something that would make it any different?

Thanks for the tip, Lily. That's exactly what Curves is promoting right now-a more intense workout. I think its all a matter of mindset too. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. I'll have to play some mind games to give myself some more motivation.

I started doing the Curves advanced workout. It really helped me with my mind set. I was getting a bit bored too but this gave me a suggested number of reps to keep my heartbeat up and the challenge of that "makes" me work harder. It's worth a try. I found that walking instead of going to Curves every few days helps me too.

Just keep moving!!
