Curry?, Never AGAIN!!

Well my Mum & Dad invited us around for tea yesterday and instead of the usual roast, we had a curry just for a change, well it was lovely UNTIL my eldest DD started to feel unwell....she ate the tiniest amount of curry sauce (she has a nut allergy), we immediately gave her one of her antihistamine's but unfortunately it didn't work as she was soooo sick, (the curry had Cashew nuts listed on the ingredients, and that's exactly what she's allergic to!) but to cut a long story short we ended up with the paramedics at our house and a trip to our local Hospital for a couple of hours!! She's better today thank goodness & I never want to see her go through that again.
Lesson Learnt: SUNDAY means Roast

I tried my hardest to reassure my parent's but yes they we're both really worried about her, as we're we, we've seen her react to quite a few foods before but never to this extent, and she was so frightened.

Many thanks to each and everyone of you for all your best wishes for my DD
She's much better tonight, now need to try and bring her appointment forward with her Paediatrician to see if we can sort things out for her and the rest of us!

Hope she is felling better sending her a big hug , I know what it feels like I am allergic to nuts also and they make my very sick like you daughter , my DH get very worried when he see's me have a reaction so it must be horrid to see your child in that postion
