current ROFR for VWL smaller contracts?

wondering if $85 has passed ROFR for under 100 VWL contracts lately?

This doesn't answer you question I guess, but we pass at $89/pt for 100 VWL points

based on this thread http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=21812813&postcount=4478 it looks a few have passed. Not a very big sampling of contracts under 100 points though.

We just bought 40 for $84.

We purchased 100 points @ VWL in May for $85 per point. I paid maintenance fees for 96 points for this years use

We bought 50 pts last summer and passed ROFR at $85.

Well I sold a small 150 point contract at $78 a point and DVC waivered ROFR. Then the buyer backed out. So, I found a new buyer and resubmitted for ROFR three weeks ago via email. Then yesterday they contacted me and asked me to resend by fax!

Apparently they are looking at it today, but it is quite nerve wracking to wait so long. The first one also took about 3 weeks to get a decision. And the buyer wants to make a ressie for September so we're keen for it to go through as quickly as possible.

I am hoping that this one goes through as I would rather sell to Jamie for $78 a point than let Disney have the points back cheap.
