The thread is very long - my advice is to start at the end and work backwards until you find some info on VWL.

we were just accepted at $83.00 a point with all 06 points banked &07 points available with an Aug use year., we paid closing costs (15o point contract) submitted offer on Jan 5th accepted Jan 15th.
