What is the current path people are taken to meet Anna and Elsa at MK? We have FP+ for this and don't want to participate in the running crowds during our MK mornings. Thinking about going to meet Ariel one morning and Frontierland the next morning. I would appreciate some advice what routes to take.

The 'running' for A & E has been changed to a more orderly walk behind a rope to Fantasyland, so you shouldn't encounter too much of it at rope drop (I was there for rope drop both Saturday and Sunday and it wasn't chaotic at all.)

To see Ariel after rope drop, I would recommend heading to the right before you get to the castle, the side bridge heading to Cosmic Ray's (on the right) and where Merida meets (on the left.) There will be a rope there. Once its dropped, you can proceed to the Tea Cups, go around them to the left, then once you get to the SDMT go to the right and follow it around and behind it is Ariel's Grotto. You can usually meet her and do her ride right next door as a walk on. :thumbsup2

So I was there for rd. And first they blocked the side with cm so only on other side of causal could you enter fairy tale hall I was going straight to Peter Pan. I'd say I missed the Elsa runner of course I didn't get there super early we scanner our bands right at 9. In line at Peter Pan at 9:06. It's been more 300+ wait all day. If you wait a few minutes plus more are doing early reservation Bbb crt & cp then getting there before rd. So by 901 people are in line already.

Guests going to A&E are heading straight up main street, through the hub and then through the castle. Turn either direction at the hub to avoid the masses.

Thanks! This is very helpful. Our FP+ is for 9:05-10:05am. Would it be advisable to go there closer to the beginning of our window of time? I would really want to walk on a few things with my little ones before the lines get too long and then head for our meet and greet with the Frozen sisters.

Wait til the second half of your FP+ window. Give the rope drop crowd a chance to walk the distance back to PFTH and get situated into the standby queue. Take advantage of the early morning time and walk on some rides or meet and greets (first thing in the morning is the best time to do Ariel or Merida without much wait--Merida starts at 9:15). Your FP+ for Anna and Elsa will be a walk on without much wait time most of the day, so you can show up at 10am and give yourself an hour or so of short lines and walk ons, then go meet A & E. :)

On your Frontierland morning, line up on the left hand side of the train station tunnel. Walk up Main Street on left and at the end of Main Street, right after Casey's, take a hard left. Follow that path across the bridge and take a left to walk under the Adventureland sign.

There will be restrooms on your right, past Aloha Isle. That is one of 3 cut-throughs to Frontierland. If you miss that one, there is another one further up on the right, before Tiki Birds.

If you miss that one, keep walking past Pirates and you'll end up on front of Splash Mountain. :)

I would go to Peter Pan and Enchanted Tales with Belle before using the FP. And if those first two attractions left me with additional time, I might even make a run at Dumbo or Pooh. I would not use that FP until 9:55 at the earlierst.
