Current purchase with purchase?

We got a similar backpack a few years ago on this deal. It is great, and quite roomy. And it was a really great price. I love these deals, and always spend way too much there!

Cute backpacks! I'm hoping they'll have another new offer as well! We are going on our first trip in May to DL, and I'm worried about how much I'm going to want to buy, lol. Seriously! Bad enough when we go to WDW every year, but this is going to be something else with our first trip and the 60th stuff. Even worried how we'll get stuff home! I kinda wanna bring an extra suitcase but know I couldn't handle more than one regular suitcase and maybe a rolling carry on, at the most, thru the airport!

Me too! I've been known to buy a duffle bag at World of Disney.

I'm glad to see they're going back to these nice big backpacks. Last year (at least at WDW) they had little cheap ones that weren't even worth what they were charging, even without the pwp. I'm a sucker for almost anything as a pwp, but that I refused.

This is what it looks like. I saw a couple of people wearing it and it looks like a substantial backpack. I want to say larger than a "standard" Jansport. I think it's $20 w/purchase of $60.

This is cute! Hopefully they'll still have these when we're there in 2 weeks. :)

We have one of their backpacks from years ago, it held up so well. My son used it for 2 years of school & it held up well.

How long do they usually keep the same PWP? I'm not going until June, but I really love that backpack!

Yeah, we didn't get that cheap one at WDW either, lol. I love when they have those really nice fleece blankets! Use them all the time, still! Have, I think, 3 different castle ones, a really cool blue retro looking one from a couple years ago, and a couple others. Didn't like the navy/orange one with Mickey last year, though, either. Not nearly as nice as the ones they've had in the past!

We are going next month, and I must have that backpack! Don't tell my husband lol. Which store have this available?

It is a blanket (comes in a small backpack) or a larger backpack. Both are $19.99 each with a purchase of $ 25.00 minimum. I'm here today. Looks like the same in all the stores

They will have them until they run out. I would guess (purely a guess) the backpacks will be there most of the summer. Hard to say though. It is hard to guess what Disney Merchandising is thinking. Sometimes they just don't order enough items! Once they run out of an item, a new item pops up though. Like a tote.

As as an example, I couldn't find the insulated bag (mentioned previously) last week when I was there with my DD. I think they may have run out of them. I didn't get to all of the stores, but I kept an eye out for them. I would think that item would be available for a long time, since it is an item used during the summer. Luckily I got one in January. They were pretty unique item and I havn't seen an insulated tote offered before.

I suggest if you can't find a PWP item, keep looking. Sometimes a store that offers the PWP items but with less traffic than the more prominent locations will have the item. Anyway, my two cents worth.

I have seen that backpack a bunch of times and it is so cute, had no idea it was from a PWP deal.... interesting, must check it out!

Do you have to spend 80 to get 2? We have one from long ago and it is really nice. Thinking this could be the girls's backpacks for next year.

Yes. The rules require one PWP item one for every $40.00 spent (or whatever the dollar amount set for the PWP item). I have, on occasion, asked very nicely if it was possible for me to purchase more than one when I was very close to reaching the next qualifying dollar amount, and sometimes, the CM was nice enough to allow it. It is worth asking.

Also, if you have enough to qualify to purchase an item in one store but don't buy it then, you can buy at another store IF that store also features the same PWP item. Just show the receipt from the first store. In addition, the purchase has to be on the same day you shopped in the first store. I know, so many rules!

Here's a picture of the one we got earlier this week during our trip. We tried to buy it in California Adventure in the shops on Buena Vista Street but couldn't find it. We asked a Cast Member and she told us they were sold out all over the park. I couldn't believe it! I was sure I had just seen it in a store somewhere.

We found it later that day in World of Disney in Downtown Disney. They had lots of them all over the store.

It has lots of great pockets. I'm using it for work now. :teeth:

True, but usually they let you accumulate the two different pwp items. For example, if they have a fleece at $25 and a backpack at $40, they'll let you buy both if you spend $40.

This is the one (or one of the ones) going on now
