Current price per point?

Where can I find a list of the current price per point to "ADD-ON" if purchased through Disney directly?

The 3 resorts still in active sales at WDW (BLT, AKV and SSR) are all $112 per point. There are per point discounts available if you purchase 100+ points in the form of a Disney Gift Card that you can use to reduce your total cash purchase price or financing down payment; or simply take as an actual GC that you can use how you'd like. You can add-on with cash as few as 25 points, or as few as 50 points if you finance.

AKV is $112 per point through Disney currently? Wow, some resales seem SO LOW! I guess many folks simply need cash and have to dump discretionary luxury items...Some Animal Kingdom contracts are selling in the $87/88 range? Then on top of that, seller must pay commissions? That really is a loss... Sad, but this is a function I guess of the downturn....

You can get a discount on AKL and pay only $105.75 per points (as an add on) and still get matching DP's.

If someone rented those for $10.00 per point, it would bring the cost through Disney to around $95.00 dollars (no closing costs for add ons).

Even a 100 pt. resale contract going for $87.00, with closing costs, brings it closer to $92. Not much less than Disney with the incentives. Plus, with Disney, you know you are getting current UY points as well as the ability to have those points available within day!

Just something to think about!
