Current Price and fees per point?

Hi,

Does anyone know the current price per point, and fee cost, for the new Disney Vacation Club resort?

Are the new memberships for the full 50 years, starting this year?

Disney has a serious lack of any useful information on their web page. They seem to want to do everything by phone.

All new memberships at SSR are for 50 yrs starting this yr(2004).

2004 Dues for the DVC resorts are as follows..........

OKW-$3.68
SSR -$3.80
HHI-$3.86
BCV-$4.17
VWL-$4.22

Hey there again!

I believe that Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is $89 / point now, going up to $95 in May (Where's tjkraz's SSR FAQ when I need it?). There are incentives; not sure what's currently in place.

And in Disney's defense, there are a lot of rules and regulations governing timeshare sales, and they differ state-by-state, so they really can't have a lot of the useful information on their site.
