Current Poly referbs

I remember reading a thread that had all of the Poly referbs listed, but can't find it. Does anyone know what is currently under rehab there?

I believe Samoa is currently under rehab or already done. It started in January.

We were there 3/27 to 4/5 although I came home Friday. They are still working on Samoa. I think they may be finished with the third floor. I saw a painter working on the balconies on that floor and all the sheers on that floor are pulled and in place as if the mousekeepers had been there.

They are also doing a large project to redo the pipes that are used to cool the buildings. One fellow told me that they redid them about five years ago but that it didn't work as they wanted so they're doing it again. Another guy told me that besides the cooling pipes they are redoing some electrical lines.
