If you've cruised in November, December or January aboard the Magic, who were the servers in Palo during your trip?

My cruise is coming soon and I loved all of our servers last February (I think I had 6 different Palo servers in 2 weeks). I'm just wondering who is there now.

Who is the current Palo manager too. PJ left for vacation after our first week and Jeevan took over.

PJ was the Maitre d' in December. Jeevan was our head server in the dining room. Our server was Tony from Spain, but he should be on break now. We also had Sylvester for tea and I believe he is still around. He was fantastic and I highly recommend him.

I know that we had Alex in May for the Med repo, but when we just went in December, he was no longer there. :(
I totally forgot the names of the 2 we just had. One was a familiar lady though....naomi?

We had Naomi from Hungary for brunch in Nov. and requested her when we returned for dinner. Service in Palo was outstanding and food spectacular!

What about Louise? Has anyone seen her lately?

By the time our 2nd cruise was over, we had the entire waitstaff at our table talking with us. On the last night, we treated our tablemates from the regular dining room to join us for dinner in Palo (it was only 6 of us - one honeymoon couple and an older mom/son team). I'd have to say that I truly enjoyed our dinner that night - sharing with others.

I had the lovely Louise, but in October...She is my favorite, aside from Gemma of course :goodvibes

She was telling me when she was going home, but I can not remember....:confused3

We had Roberto from the Philippines in Dec. twice, once for brunch and once for dinner. He was very nice to me at brunch. I was seasick and couldn't handle anything more than croissants and crackers, and he made sure that I had plenty of those! He also made me promise that anytime I could mention him on the DISBoards I would! He was wonderful, and I would ask for him again if the opportunity arises.

I think the manager was PJ, and he went out of his way to assist one of my tablemates in the regular dining room one night.

Our head server in the dining rooms was Michelle, and she was awesome. Our server was Liam, and he bent over backwards to make our dining experience as good as it could be.

I absolutely LOVED Liam Scott. He was spectacular. He has been the only server that was able to make me cry leaving the ship! I want to request him as our server on our trip coming up.

We leave in a few short weeks and are hoping Annie Marie (South Africa) is on. She has been our server in Palo over our last two cruises and we're looking forward to seeing her again.

Hoping Noemi from Hungary is still there. She was our server in the regular dining rooms on our March 2006 cruise and we loved her. I had heard she moved to Palo so we are going to request her when we cruise in 2 weeks. She is fantastic!

I had Sylvester for both brunch and dinner in Oct 07 and he was WONDERFUL. If he's still around next time I'll definitely request him.

In December we had Fabio for brunch and Noemi for dinner.

We also love Annie-Marie. She was our dining room server on our Nov trip. She had just come back from vacation and had to wait a few weeks to get back into Palo. She was supposed to be back in Palo the next week, so she should be there for you allears. She had my son in tears because he was going to miss her so much(which of course had me in tears also). If you do see her, please tell her that Zack & Alex miss her so much and so do their parents!

Linda, that is soo cool, we're way excited to hear that she's going to be on board! She's just great and so sweet. We will be sure to pass on Zack and Alex's hello.

Our vote goes to .....The envelope please..... TONY from Spain:cheer2: :cheer2:

The best waiter on the ship:worship:

How about Romano? Is he still onboard? He was so well spoken and VERY easy to understand. It seems though that he had two names . . . something Romano.

I don't know which Palo server is my favorite! They were all sooooo good! Louise truly took great care of us for our two weeks as did Jeevan. Jeevan was our asst server back in 2001 and we've never forgotten him. It was so great to see him last February in Palo. Louise worked the desk all morning and then was serving at night.

I'm thinking now that Tony from Spain is Tony Romano. hmmmmm

Anne-Marie was there in December. She was trying to get us to eat everything at High Tea. PJ was there. Our server for brunch and dinner was Tomas from Czech Republic, he was great. He was also on Castaway Cay as the soft serve ice cream guy, and was really sweet to my DS7. He used to be on the Wonder, but switched recently to the Magic (Tomas, not DS7, who would love that though!!!!)

I'm another vote for Tony and Noemi. They were both great. Tony brought us so much food that there was no way 6 tables could eat it.
