Current incentives?

Parents are thinking about DVC. Anyone know the current incentives? $98 for SSR right now, what is the price up to for the other resorts?

I'm gonna look into resales for them, too.

I haven't bought in a while, but I think it's double the points for the first year (this year) or an $8 discount on the price per point.

Maybe someone knows more.

100 points to be used by the end of 05 or $8.00 off per point.

I believe the sold-out resort price direct from Disney is $92 with no incentives.

I saw a posting somewhere yesterday that said they had points available everywhere but BCV. From the waitlist thread, it looks like people have been getting points at BCV pretty quickly except for certain use years.

Current price for SSR is $98 per point w/ $8.00 off per point incentive. Or full price per point and 100 pts. given that need to be used by the end of 05. We just toured it and just let our incentive expire. You have four days from when you tour to decide to get the so called incentive. We are going to try resale.
