Current hold time on phone for Sea World/Discovery Cove?

Today, I've been on hold for over 3 hours. Last week, I was on hold for almost 2 hours. Has this been everyone else's experience, too?

ETA: I really like the island music for the first 2 hours. The elevator music for the last hour has been torture, but that might be part of their strategy to get me to hang up. ;)

Some calls I hold for hours, other calls I will hold for 20 minutes or so and then it tells me that due to heavy call volume, they are not taking any calls and it hangs up on me.

So yes, it's been abysmal.

Yes! This happened to me too. I was on hold for over an hour and a half before it hung up on me with the 'Due to heavy call volume' line. Grrrr....

During that time, it asked me every 10 minutes or so if I wanted to be added to the call back list, which I stubbornly refused. I wasn't sure that they would *actually* hold my place in line.

So needless to say, I wish I would have taken the offer to be added to the call-back list, because it didn't give that option before it ultimately hung up on me :sad:
