Current Gold Gift

This will be our first time sailing as gold members, wondering what the current gift is, last I heard for silver it is a messenger bag or something like that, just wondering what they are currently doing for Gold. I am assuming it will be different or something added to it, but don't
Want to say something if it is supposed to just be the same gift.

We will be on the Wonder sailing to Mexico on a 7 night cruise if it makes a difference.

Agree with tutumomickey above. On our eighth DCL cruise to Alaska in June we got the same thing...a sling bag sort of backpack that I don't care for (like the old regular backpack with two side water bottle holders) and two cool luggage tags.

FYI, as a Silver (September Cruise to Alaska), we received a sling bag, but no luggage tags. So the difference could be the luggage tags for Gold.

A day extra for booking new itineraries.

I believe the basic Castaway Club gift is a bag. It varies as to type of bag, from beach bags, to sling bags, to backpacks.

That's what you receive once you're Silver.

When you are Gold you get the Silver gift plus another gift. Currently it seems to be the two luggage tags. Previously it was a insulated tumbler.

Once you've reached Platinum, you get the Silver gift, the gold gift, and (as Platinum) a choice of either a fruit basket, plate of truffles, or bottle of sparkling wine.

Anyone know if you're considered platinum ON your tenth voyage or is it on your eleventh?on our upcoming cruise my sister will be on her tenth. Will she get gold or platinum????

Hi there - I believe that it's actually on your 11th cruise that your sister will see the benefits of being platinum. I'm in the same boat as I'll mark my 10th cruise in April so guess I have a good excuse to book my 11th then.

The luggage tags are cool, but waaay larger and chunkier than they appeared in photos that I had seen.

Unfortunately I lost mine on the long-haul flight back to Australia I'm thinking it either got caught in the baggage belt or on equipment, or a baggage worker had sticky fingers (it was secured pretty well to the bag). Luckily my partner's tag got back unscathed. Lesson learned, I won't be putting the next one on any bag that gets checked in...
