Florida Law says..
Children must use a carseat until they reach 4 years and 40lbs. This from the NHSTA 2001 State Guidelines. But, I understand that Florida's new child seat law as of July 1 will be either 9 years of age or 4 foot 9 inches in height. From July to Jan they will warn....after Jan they will ticket.
Anyone have the details on this?
Also, has anyone heard that booster seats without a five-point harness, just the lap belt are NOT allowed on planes?
