Current Epcot Wait Times - is Soarin down?

Is Soarin' down right now? These current wait times seem pretty high and Soarin isn't listed:

Living with the Land 30 Min
Meet Disney Pals at the Epcot Character Spot 40 Min
Mission: SPACE 90 Min
Spaceship Earth 45 Min
Test Track Presented by Chevrolet 110 Min

Just checked the MDE app and Soarin' shows a 135 minute wait.

Not surprising...this will be one of the busiest weeks of the year.

EasyWDW shows today as a "9" so I'm trying to get a feel for what it could be like this summer.

TP lines app also shows 135 for Soarin'. Normal summer, not July 4th, won't be this bad. Normal summer and Spring Break (not Easter weeks) are crowd levels 6-8 usually. We have been 1st week of June, last week of July, and 3/18-20/2015, and wait times were never that high.

I saw a lot of inflated posted SB wait times in March. Some of these we road SB, and some we rode FP+, but I estimated the SB wait based upon length of the line and previous SB rides. I easily saw wait times that were twice the posted. I think they are having problems determining SB wait times when factoring in FP+.
