Current DVC Tour incentives?

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but we have some time during our first day at WDW and was wondering if anyone toured recently and what the current incentives were? Gift cards? Fast passes?
(Of course best incentive would be my DH wanting to purchase after the tour!!)

We toured in September ( Polynesian Studio and Bungalow). We got a giftcard and 2 or 3 free fast passes each, can't remember if it was 2 or 3. Plus just getting to see the bungalow's alone was SUPER awesome

How long was the tour?

Be sure to do some reading on the Purchasing DVC board on the DIS so that you'll know what questions you want to ask. And consider the resale market unless you plan to stay at Poly almost all the time.

We did the tour at the end of September. We got 3 fastpasses each. The tour lasted around 2.5 hours but that was because of us, not them. We were going back and forth on whether to buy direct or resale. I believe when we signed up for the tour they said 1.5 hours was a usual timeframe.

I wonder how many people tour for free fast passes and end up spending $100 each for them when they buy direct?

I don't know how often they change the incentives. We were at BWI in June and they slipped an invitation under our door to tour the new villas at the Poly. It included a lithograph and offered a $100 gift card if we went on the tour (we didn't have time).

I think PVB, Aulani, and AKV models still exist at the sales center at SSR. BWV and PVB has a model at the resort. AKV probably still has a model there.

Why Disney doesn't post this info is beyond me.

We stopped by one of the booths at Epcot last May on a whim. All we got was a bus ride over to the BW sales office (we were staying in a BW studio at the time) a sales spill and he pulled up pictures on the TV. I think we got soft drinks if we wanted them. My son and daughter-in-law ended up buying despite me begging them to wait until we got home so I could do some research and not to make a spur of the moment purchase like that. I was still undecided. Son and Daughter-in-law got a tote bag but so did I. Not a good move on their part, they ended up buying Poly at DW rates and are in the process of getting a divorce now. Should have listened to mama.

I imagine it's PVB, Aulani, and VGF on display at the sales center. They removed AKV when they build PVB. You can tour an SSR Grand Villa there; just a few steps away. AKV, BWV, PVB, BLT, and VFG should all have models available at each location. I know AKV has a model at Kidani, but I'm not sure about Jambo.

Yes, the sales center had a PVB studio, a VGF 2 bedroom, and an Aulani 1 bedroom ( I believe, not 100% on the room size.)
