Current DVC Prices/Maintenance Fess (BCV)

Can someone please provide me with the current price per point for BCV and maintenance fees. If you have current prices for other DVC resorts that would be great too.

This was posted here a while back, it doesn't include the BCV's , but if I recall, I think BCV"s are the same amount as the BWV. Somebody will correct me if I am wrong.

2002 Dues vs. 2001 Dues
OKW = $3.22 vs. $3.13 = +3%
BWV = $3.92 vs. $3.83 = +2%
VWL = $3.80 vs. $3.63 = +5%
HH = $3.49 vs. $3.32 = +5%
Vero= $4.17 vs. $3.97 = +5%

All DVC resorts bought through Disney sell at the same price. That is currently $80 per point with a 150 point minimum ($12,000). DVC offers a Magical Beginnings program where they pay you to "buy back" the use of your first year of points. I believe for BCV that is $5.00 and for Vero or HHI it is $10. This can fluctuate. These three are the only DVC resorts currently available through DVC.

Dues for 2002 are (rounded number):

OKW - $3.22
BWV - $3.92
VWL - $3.80
BCV - $3.77
Vero - $4.17
HHI - $3.49

Pam,

The MB's at VB are $15 right now. We just added on 50 pts and got them for $65 per pt. Not sure what HH is right now.

According to the guide at the Member Update in June, HH was still $10.
