Current DVC offers?

I'm sure this is somewhere on this board, but right now I can't see it...what is the current rate per point for DVC? And are they offering any special deals for current members? We bought through Disney once and through the Timeshare Store twice and because I have totally depleted all of my 2007 points (and technically I don't even get them until March and April), and I am thinking of adding on a few more OKW points. I see sale on the Timeshare Store site and the price looks good, but I'm not sure what Disney is offering right now. Any one know?

For OKW I think DVC direct is $92 per point. For SSR it is $101, with a $10 discount for $91.

When you buy an add-on through Disney, can they sell you any amount of points or can they only sell it the way that they aquired it through the ROFR? Meaning, if they bought back a 200 point package, can they sell parts of it (100 to one member, 50 to another, etc.) or do they have to sell it as 200 points like a reseller would have to do? Also, there are still no closing costs through Disney, right?

Disney can (and does) break up the contract to any amount of 25 points or more. There are no closing costs for existing members doing an add-on through Disney.

Great! That's what I needed to know. We really only need about 100 points, but there is a contract at the TS for more at a lower price. Now I need to go factor in the closing costs and see where we stand before I try to make an offer.
