What are the current dues for SSR? It seems our monthly dues are more than they should be. if are dues started in March, are we expected to pay dues for January and February, resulting in a larger montly rate?

AKV = $4.71

BCV = $4.80
BWV = $5.04
VWL = $4.87

For mid-year purchases, dues are pro-rated.

If you just purchased, dues would be pro-rated for the portion of 2008 in which you owned.

But if you're scheduled for monthly payments, any delay in beginning the process of withdrawing the dues would lead to you paying more than 1/12th of the '08 dues per month. For example, if you bought on February 1st, you would be responsible for 11/12ths of the 2008 dues. However, if your payments didn't begin until March, that amount would be spread out over TEN monthly installments (instead of eleven.)
