Current Disney visa photo op characters

Hi there! We will be going next week and curious as to which characters have been out for the Disney Visa opp. Hoping for Stitch but I thought i saw he swapped with Pluto

I was there December 11/12/13 and we did see both Stitch and Pluto (this was in DCA). They were swapping roughly every 30 minutes or so.

Instead of starting a new thread I am just going to tag my question on to this thread. It has been 8 years since I have been to Disneyland/DCA. Last time I was there you went to a place back by Monsters Inc to get your photo taken and then went to the photo place on Buena Visa Street to get a print. What is the procedure now-a-days?
