Current direct add-on resorts

We just finished the resale process, deed has been recorded. Waiting on docs from Disney. That being said, does anyone have any info on what resorts have been available lately for a 25 point add on? I’m honestly not picky, as I would bank these for an every other year, long weekend trip.
We bought at BWV.

You can waitlist BWV, and pretty much any other resort except for VGC and BCV. Immediate availability depends on what their current supply in your UY is. Poly and CCV will of course have availability for you.

With you only adding on 25 points, it is probably worth it to just waitlist for BWV, I think, unless you need the points or perks immediately.

We added on at BLT when we bought resale. I would definitely recommend buying the same resort and UY as your existing contract if timing is not an issue.

Unless you can travel for a couple of days, every other year, 25 points is better at home resort IMO:
1) one day you may wish you could have combined those points at the same resort 11 months out.
2) contract and point management. Same resort, same UY and the points all merge into one on the system (although you retain 2 separate contracts, the second one has the same number with .1 on the end and all your points are shown as a single chunk online).
