Current CRT prices?

I'm trying to finalize our ressies before our 180 day park (next week, YAY!) and I haven't been able to find the current prices for CRT. I've seen breakfast and a few ballpark figures (allears.net is from 2010). We can't decide between lunch and dinner so I'd like to know the price difference AND how much we'll have to fork over next week. Plus the big hole in the budget spreadsheet freaks this type-A girl out! Thanks in advance!!!
