Current Characters at SW?

I'm going to make an autograph book for my kids of characters like I do with WDW and US/IOA. These are the characters I've found. Our trip will be Memorial Day Week end of May/beginning of June. Are these still current, are there any new ones, which should I drop? Do you have any pics you can post so I can make a character? Thanx!

Pete and Penny Penguin (Shamu's Happy Harbor)
Shivers the Polar Bear
Oppie the Otter
Dolly Dolphin (front gate)
Arthur C. Turtle

And the Sesame ones you mentioned but
Grover might be iffy
Maybe Abby Cadabby will be around. She does appear every now and then.

I saw Arthur C. Turtle out by Turtle Point just last week. Perhaps with Turtle Trek opening, they may stop using him. But he (and Dolly Dolphin) were out by turtle point and the small gift shop right next door (across from the Flamingos).

Does anyone know who/what Sir Winston is? Is there any new characters? I'd hate to draw Sir Winston as a bird and find out he's a sea lion instead.

Winston is a Walrus and is not currently appearing in the park.

I saw Arthur C. Turtle out by Turtle Point just last week. Perhaps with Turtle Trek opening, they may stop using him. But he (and Dolly Dolphin) were out by turtle point and the small gift shop right next door (across from the Flamingos).

He is not slated to appear in the park after Turtle Trek opens (currently set for the end of April).

Op is going end of May/start of June. As of right now Arthur is not expected to appear in the park after TT opens.
