Current Character meet and greets?

Can anyone who has been recently give me an idea of Current characters that are available to meet daily, and where? Are they listed somewhere??? i know we can soon add Jack and Sally to the list i assume. Thanks for your help. just trying to get an idea of who we can count on seeing and where in each park to be looking.

Did you already return from your vacation?

Luisa and Isabela joined Mirabel in Disneyland today. They are in the area just outside Rancho del Zocalo.

I believe Rabbit is in Pooh Corner along with Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore.
