Does anyone know how long they will offer this BB? We are going in Nov. and I'm wondering if it will be offered then?

It seems like there is always some kind of BB offer . They do change it a few times a year though. By November there may be different offer than right now.

I"m actaully not surprised Syndrome and I'll tell you why. Last August, we were there from 8/11-8/20 and there was no BB for 2013 when we checked in. In fact, it wasn't until about 2-3 days before our check-out that we found out a 2014 FD BB had just started showing up in rooms which would put that date out about 8/17 or 8/18. I then called the x8844 number from our room and was told about the 2013 FD dates starting on 8/18 of this year so we booked. I'm going to guess that next year's FD BB offer for summer won't start showing up in the rooms or in the welcome packets until later this month.

Interesting... Unless that previous post (FD starting August 20, 2014) turns out to be accurate I don't think we'll hear or see any BB flyers until in the week of August 18, 2013.

I never booked a BB before. I thought it was supposed to be offered for the next twelve months from when you arrive? I was looking for an August trip again in 2014. Would the room discount also be avail to me for that trip or does the offer end this calendar year?

As far as family trips are concerned, we are now pretty much stuck with the month of August since my youngest plays sports in high school and my oldest is in college. Last year, was our first August trip and knowing that we definitely wanted to go again this year, you bet I was on the "prowl" watching for that FD BB offer . In all seriousness though, it was later in our week that I had read on the DIS that it had just come out from someone who was just checking in. We were staying at the BC and they were not distributing any FD BB offers in the rooms and all the CM's that I would ask kept telling us that there was nothing available. As soon as I read it, I called the x8844 number and that CM confirmed that one had just come out. So the moral to the story is: Even if you don't have a BB offer in your room or welcome packet, you should call the x8844 number anyways to double-check .

I'm hoping it switches back to Room-Only during my stay from Nov 30- Dec 7 so I can book my next trip the following November! With this recent code release we may have to rely more on the BounceBacks.

Thanks for the advice Mommyrosa2! I will definitely call before I leave BC. I wonder though...is there an extension to call to convince your DH that a BB for next August is in our budget???

We are checking in on August 18th with my bounce back from last year of free dining. I am hoping to book another bounce back for 2014. August 18th was the first day it was offered for this year. I will try to post on the 18th to let everyone know if there is a new free dining bounce back for 2014.

Thanks Syndrome for checking. Sorry you ended up on the phone for an hour! yikes! What I don't understand is why the Disney person gave me incorrect information. I called Disney reservations number, asked the question about BB offer, and was transferred to another person (not sure who though) and she gave very specific information, which is what I relayed in my post. Now I'm very confused as to who it was they transferred me to and why the information was not even correct. She was so specific about dates, LM rooms being excluded, etc. Weird! And annoying! So sorry for the inaccurate info I posted. I actually hope the new offer (pretty sure the offer they told you Syndrome is the same one that's been there since I was at POFQ in late April) does start later in August and just hasn't come out yet, and that it is FD starting August 17, 2014 (a Sunday).
