I don't think it's changed recently. Still offering 35% of deluxe and villas and 30% off mods for certain dates. (Dark Blue dates are bounceback, light blue are black out days).

I was just going to post this question myself. On all of our trips, I actually never noticed a bounceback offer in our welcome packet or follow-up mail/email. From what I'm reading, they don't seem to be THAT much better than just watching for promotions online. Is there another incentive that I'm not aware of that really sweetens the deal - so I can convince DH to book using the bounceback offer when we visit in 6 weeks?

For me I like the FD Bounceback that is offered for the following year. It usually include more available dates than what is offered later to the general public.

When we were there last August I was able to book a FD offer for this August. Hoping to see the same when we get there in 2 weeks!

I imagine that the BB will change soon. It would make no sense for people who go in say October to have just two weeks for the rest of this year to come back on a bounce back . Does that make sense?

Sure does! Hopefully someone who is there now or soon will be able to tell us about the new BB offer that hopefully will come out soon.

I'll be there in 2 weeks and will be happy to do that when I get there if it has changed.

I'm really really, really hoping someone will post here if there's a new bounceback offer! I have room only reservations in mid September and in late October. I NEED FD for mid-late August 2014 and wishing for major pixie dust here that the new bounceback offer will be for FD in that time frame!

You are right that it doesn't seem "that much better' but consider that I got 30% off POFQ in May using bouce back and it is very rarely discounted these days. (and if it is is it less than the other mods)

Also I got CSR for 30% off in October and the room only discount that came out today is only for 20% so that's a pretty good chunk of change over 6 nights.

For me, the bounceback was very helpful. I booked WL CL at 35% off and wasn't able to otherwise as its been excluded from the Fall room-only offer. I'd imagine it has less exclusions.

We got fd bb last year which had a start date of 8/18 instead of september, I sure hope they offer it again when we go back.

I'm at the GF and the BounceBack is the same room-only discount through the rest of the year (certain days).

Hmmm, just asked the CL level at BC what the bounce back offer is, and after he looked it up he said there isn't one right now ???
We are doing a split stay at GF and BC and didn't see any bounce back offers at either resort.
Definitely nothing for 2014 yet ! We were hoping for a 2014 offer as well !

I've looked at the different times when bounce back was offered in the last couple of years and they usually start on the week of the current bounce back from the previous year. Which seems to start more or less on the 3rd week of August.

For example:

2013/08/18 Free Dining 'bounce back': was offered to guest staying on-site around August 19, 2012
2012/08/19 Free Dining 'bounce back': was offered to guest staying on-site around August 21, 2011
2011/08/18 Free Dining 'bounce back': was offered to guest staying on-site AND general public around August 15, 2010 2010/08/15 Free Dining 'bounce back': was offered to guest staying on-site around August 19, 2009
2009/08/23 Free Dining 'bounce back': was offered to guest staying on-site around August 17, 2008
2008/08/31 Free Dining 'bounce back': was offered to guest staying on-site around August 30, 2007

My guest is that 2014 FD bb, may start around August 18, 2013

Thanks for the bounceback historical info. Do you happen to know how long those offers have lasted? Like around what date they change to a different offer? I am trying to plan a trip in either late September or late October/ early November, but I really need the FD offer for next August if it comes out this year. So would I be safe going October 27-NOv.2? Or better off going earlier in case by the end of October the FD bounceback would have changed to another offer? Any historical information on that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
