Here is what I have found out for anyone who is doing to be down at WDW starting Dec 26 and ending before Jan 3.
The reservation lady just told me that for this time they still have both:
AKL-Standard $ not sure on price
AKL-Savanna $154 a night plus tax (171.71)
They also have tower rooms at the Contemporary for around $257 and concierge rooms at Polynesian fro about $262.
It sounds like to me that the value and most of the moderate resorts AP rooms are gone, but didn't get into details.
I hope this helps those people still trying to decide.
