me too, and from what I've read here there is no 800# that anyone knows of. I just make sure to use my cell phone with tons of minutes on it.

The reason the 1800# is disconnected is because they are not supposed to be used for the general public.They are numbers for TA's, and buisness contractors and associates of Disney to use.Every single time we post them up here, the numbers are shut down within days.
