Currency - Best place to Change?

Hoping someone here can help, although I do know Euro is not your currency. We were in Europe two years ago and have cash left over, had saved it incase we went back. Not happening for a long time since we're going to Florida. If we exchange in Calgary we have to convert first to CDN then to US. Stupid amount of service charges added. We will be at DW and US, is there a better place at either exchange wise? Thanks for you help from an original Geordie (emigrated to Canada when I was 11).

Hi, I haven't done this in disney world but in DLP I changed $ straight to euro's. The rates are not as good but at least you won't lose out on changing twice. With all the visitors WDW gets from Europe this won't be a problem, you can change at City Hall in Magic Kingdom or Guest Relations in Epcot or even your on-site hotel if your staying there. There are probably lots of the banks in the US which would also undertake this service but I have no idea which would be the cheapest.

To be honest alot of banks in the US are not set up to exchange money so if you can do it onsite that may be the easiest option, although the exchange rate may not be so good.

I agree with Claire - I would expect onsite to be your best option
