I have read that Irons are not allowed in the staterooms.... but what about Curling Irons. I had never given it any thought untill I had a moment of panic last night! Thanks for your help!!:D

yes you can bring a curling iron but you can not plug it in in the bathroom. There is a plug on the side of the vanity in the sitting area that is in front of a mirror though so you will be fine.

wouldn't go anywhere without mine. As AnnMorin stated,
you must use at the vanity. We were also thankful we
took our own hairdryer.

Irons (the ones for clothes) are a fire hazard and a fire on a ship is a very bad thing

went on 7 day with friends last year. I use a butane curling iron, but a friend used a "regular". She ended up having to get an extension cord from guest services, and leave a deposit for it on her room charge. Something about her plug not fitting into the outlet. Might be worth it to bring your own extension cord. Just a thought.
