Curiousity ?: the strollers in the SWA bag office @ MCO

The last two times we picked up bags at the SWA carousels at MCO, I noticed that there were about 10 full-sized strollers parked inside the SWA baggage claim office. All of them were identical, so I don't think they were passenger strollers that had been left behind.

My curiousity is killing me. Does anyone know why they are there?

The only thing I can think of is that they are replacements for strollers that get broken. My double stroller was broken by an airline, and I gate checked it. I was promptly reimbursed, but I had to leave the broken one for insurance purposes. I didn't mind, since we were arriving home, but if it had happened on the way to MCO, I would have been in a pickle. I guess this is if a stroller gets broken in transit, they will either "loan" you one or this is their idea of replacement. Personally, I think if that is what SWA is doing, it's GREAT customer service!!!

They could easily be replacements. I know that a lot of airlines have "replacement" luggage back there if yours is destroyed!
