Curious: Quickest ROFR Anyone Remembers

I see a lot of 20 day ROFR turnarounds lately. What’s the quickest anyone remembers? Just curious.

Early 2023, I think we were seeing 10-14 day ROFR decisions.

It was like 6 days in March/April of 2023.

Eta: this was when we bought our first contract, so 3 days I guess?

We must of just timed it right, but we had one of our BRV completed the next day.
