Hello Everyone,

Our Spring Break week starts March 14th and was looking at DCL dates. I noticed that the Disney Wonder has been chartered for the March 18, 2004 sailing. Therefore there are no staterooms available for sale on this departure. I am just curious if anyone knows who chartered the ship? "Wonder" how much it cost to do this. Never know I did played $5 worth of quick-picks tonight (FL lottery) :goodvibes

If this is a corporation chartering it for their employees, I want to work for them.

Take care,
Debbie:earsgirl:

Wow! I havent heard about this. I bet it cost a FORTUNE! Must be nice to have that much money.

It could be another DVC member cruise. They had one a year or so ago.

Are we sure it wasn't Andy or Rae, for their 50th birthday cruise? :D

Don't know for certain if Disney does this, but other lines did. I sat next to Larry Csonka (former Miami Dolphin fullback) on a flight from Miami to Tallahassee about five or so five years ago and he was working for Carnival or Royal Carribbean (I cannot remember). He was heading to NY to sell charters for corporate retreats.

It's not a DVC cruise.

I'll give you a hint.........."you're in good hands" if you're on this cruise.;)

My company used DVC for a corporate service awards conference last June and booked approximately 1/3 of the Wonder for a three-day cruise. There were other passengers on board, but if you had a bigger event you probably could book the entire thing.

I sure wish I worked for Allstate. I wonder if it is to late to try and get a job there?;)

Now we see where all those insurance premiums go. LOL!!!

Now that's the truest thing I've ever read on these boards.

Thanks for your responses.

Still curious on the cost though anyone like to guess?

Wonder who are the lucky ones in the Cat. 1 Royal Suites.

Thanks again,
Debbie

A family from church went on the "good hands cruise" a couple of years ago. Everything was paid for including excursions and air. I din't realize they had the whole ship.

Andy, your comment is something to think about. We have had Allstate insurance since 1962. Hmmmmm.
