Curious - Power Rangers

Hi. I received an E-mail for the Halloween sale at the Disney Store. I noticed at the bottom: "Please note: Power Rangers items not available for sale or shipment in Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, European African (except South Africa), and Middle East countries."

Why do you think this is? Why only Power Rangers.

I think Disney only recently acquired the rights to Power Rangers. It may only be a North American license.
